Canadian Music Class Challenge 2025

Enter the CBC Music Canadian Music Class Challenge by singing along with the Jeremy and Jazzy song “Paper Heart“.  Your class could win great prizes, including a virtual visit by Jeremy Fisher himself! This year, the CMCC is celebrating its tenth anniversary. Can you compete against the last groups who covered Paper Heart? We can’t wait to find out!

Children from kindergarten through Grade 12 in public and private school music classes, community music programs, music clubs, after-school music programs, and traditional school-board programs are all eligible to enter.

Tuesday Aug 26: Official 2025 fall registration begins at 3 p.m. ET/12:00 p.m. PT

Tuesday Nov 18: Registration and Video submissions close at 8 p.m ET/5 p.m. PT.

Friday Dec 12: Top Tens revealed at 8a.m. ET/5a.m. PT

Friday Dec 19: Winner announced at 8amET/5amPT
