Mother’s Day Flowers
Create a spring garden for your mom or someone else special with this fun craft!
Gather your materials: an empty egg carton, scissors, paint, paintbrush, glue, and paper.
Grab the carton and your scissors. Cut out three egg cups.
Round the edges of the cups so you have a small, medium, and large version.
Grab the top of the egg carton and the scissors and cut a small thin strip. Roll it up.
Paint your egg-cup petals and the rolled strip.
Grab the egg carton and scissors. Cut out a stem and leaves for your flower, then paint them.
Glue the dried cups together, small inside medium inside large. Glue the roll to the centre of the smallest cup.
Glue on the stem. What a gorgeous flower!
You can glue the flower and any more you make to a sheet of paper to hang, the front of a card, or another piece of art. Then share it with your mother or someone special! Great job!
