Celebrate Easter with this fun, simple paper Easter bunny craft.
Gather your materials: paper, markers, scissors, a ruler, glue, googly eyes, and pom poms.
[/pods][pods]
Grab your paper, marker, and ruler and draw a line down the long side of the paper. You can make your bunny as wide or as thin as you want – but bunnies that are too thin won’t stand up (or have room for googly eyes)!
[/pods][pods]
Cut the strip of paper off, then cut it again about two-thirds of the way up the strip.
[/pods][pods]
Fold the edges of the longer piece and glue them to create a flat base.
[/pods][pods]
Grab the smaller piece and glue it to make a circle.
[/pods][pods]
Glue your googly eyes to the front of the roll. Then grab your markers and make the rest of the face.
[/pods][pods]
Take your paper and draw bunny ears and hoppy feet. Cut them out.
[/pods][pods]
On another colour of paper, draw the inside of the ears and cut them out.
[/pods][pods]
Glue your ear pieces together. Then glue the ears to the top of your small roll of paper, above your bunny face.
[/pods][pods]
Glue the other pieces together: the feet on the front of the flat base, and the head to the top of the paper roll, opposite the flat base.
[/pods][pods]
Grab a pom pom and glue it to the back to give your bunny a tail. Great job! Make as many bunnies as you want for a fun Easter celebration. Have a hopping good time!
